Red Pepper Catering was established in 2004 by executive chef and proprietor Paddy Mullins. From small beginnings, catering for small private parties in customer's homes and local clubs; Red Pepper Catering has gone from strength to strength. While still catering for small private parties, Red Pepper Catering has grown into a truly formidable food company now comprising event consultancy and fixed contract divisions. We offer our clients the choice of a wedding buffet or a plate service but this does depend on the number of guests you are planning on inviting to your wedding. We can also cater for various dietary restrictions for those who need it as well as the vegetarian who hates getting pasta at every wedding!
